In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting project execution and cost estimation processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to prepare accurate estimates, manage project documentation, and facilitate smooth communication across all phases of construction projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction management while contributing to high-quality project outcomes. Responsibilities Assist in preparing detailed construction estimates using industry-standard software such as STACK and PlanSwift. Support project managers in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely completion. Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify scope of work and potential risks. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers through negotiation to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms. Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to support effective cost control and budget adherence. Assist in managing contracts, change orders, and procurement documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements. Contribute to project management activities on-site by coordinating with teams, tracking progress, and resolving issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating or project management within the construction industry. Proficiency with ADOBE for digital markup and document management; experience with STACK or similar estimating software is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of residential and commercial stucco and siding, cost control methods, and pricing strategies. Construction site experience demonstrating understanding of field operations and safety protocols. Excellent negotiation skills for working with subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Familiarity with contracts, project management principles, and construction management practices. Effective communication skills to coordinate across teams and stakeholders clearly and professionally. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
