Benefits Medical insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation Paid holidays Sick time Personal time About the Role As an Installation Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of coordination between customers, comfort advisors, installation crews, vendors, warehouse personnel, and leadership. You will help ensure every installation project is properly scheduled, prepared, and communicated from start to finish. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities will directly impact customer satisfaction, installation efficiency, and overall company performance. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep projects moving forward while maintaining a positive experience for both customers and field teams. What You'll Do Coordinate residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from job sale through completion. Schedule installation appointments, confirm customer readiness, communicate project timelines, coordinate permits and inspections when required, verify equipment and materials availability, work closely with warehouse and purchasing teams, maintain accurate job records, support installation crews with scheduling adjustments, communicate updates to customers, and help ensure projects are completed on time and according to company standards. You will also assist with monitoring installation schedules, managing project documentation, collecting required paperwork, supporting warranty registration processes, and helping leadership identify scheduling opportunities that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For We are seeking candidates with prior scheduling, coordination, dispatching, project coordination, customer service, or administrative experience, ideally within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or home service industries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and urgency. Strong communication skills, customer service abilities, problem-solving skills, computer proficiency, and experience working with CRM or service management software are highly preferred. Experience coordinating installation projects, permits, inspections, equipment ordering, or field operations is a plus but not required.
