THE ROLE

This is a residential HVAC sales position. You will run company provided leads, build rapport with homeowners, present solutions, and close deals — representing Climate Experts with professionalism and integrity on every call. You will be backed by a full office and technical team dedicated to making sure you have everything you need to succeed.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Follow up on company provided leads in a timely manner Establish customer rapport and identify needs through the right questions Present the right products and service solutions for each homeowner Create accurate and complete sales proposals the install team can execute on Develop key client relationships and close deals with confidence Build a referral base to expand your pipeline Become an expert in your market area Attend weekly sales training and coaching sessions Help set aggressive sales goals and contribute to company growth

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 2 years of face to face sales experience Proven ability to close and overcome objections Driven, competitive, and passionate about the hunt Ability to build rapport quickly and cultivate long term relationships Proficient with software and technology HVAC experience preferred but not required — we will train you on the product Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation and a cell phone with internet connection Must pass background check and drug screening Follows our tobacco-free policy
