• Project Coordinator The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of commercial electrical projects.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with project managers, customers, suppliers, and vendors. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project documentation is accurate, deadlines are met, and communication flows seamlessly between stakeholders. As the Project Coordinator, you will be part of project planning, development and execution. You will engage with customers, suppliers, and vendors. It is critical that as the project coordinator you have a mastery of the project scope and key milestones for each of the projects you support. Ideal candidates are experienced electrical or construction project professionals with a great attitude, are responsible and have a professional demeanor. • Prepare and update detailed project plans and documentation for appropriate review.
• Support project budgeting and invoicing processes.
• Manage pay applications and certificates of insurance.
• Utilize project management tools such as eBuilder, Jonas, Procore, Textura, and Red Vector.
• Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress and compliance.
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely submission of required documentation. Key Characteristics of the Project Coordinator
• Experience in commercial construction or electrical contracting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and accounts payable programs.
• Familiarity with Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP).
• Strong knowledge of invoicing and pay applications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits package

• 3-5+ years of experience working as a project coordinator or comparable role within the electric or construction industry

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Valid driver's license with own reliable transportation is required.
• Experience utilizing project management tools such as eBuilder, Jonas, Procore, Textura, and Red Vector
• Positive interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with others collaboratively
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and industry best practices.
• Previous OSHA certification is a plus
• Other duties as assigned.
