Window and Door Project Manager (3 + Years Project Management and Window Experience)

Window and Door Installation Project Manager As a Window and Doors Project Manager you will travel to customer jobs in the area and surrounding communities, you are responsible for the overall planning and execution of all project phases.

Position Overview:

Review all paperwork and specifications for accuracy to determine materials, schedule & budget for the various phases of the project to ensure installation success. Establish work plan outline with project coordinator and staff and Sub-contractors; assign duties, scope of authority, and provide technical advice / troubleshooting. Direct and coordinate activities from start to finish to ensure project is on schedule and within budget; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed. Responsible for financial success and completion of projects. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret all measurements for all products. Ability to present information and report to General Manager and staff. Other responsibilities as assigned. Ability to measure and engineer retrofit installations for windows & doors

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years related commercial/residential window and door Project Management exp is preferred, but will consider other Specialty Contractor Project Management experience.

Desirable industry experience:

Architectural Designs /Frame/Hardware/ Construction and/or Building Materials Possess an understanding of construction methods, contracts, blueprints and permitting. Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient with Windows based programs and preferably experience with

ACCULYNX.

Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
