What You'll Lead

• Direct and oversee BIM and VDC production efforts across multiple projects and business sectors.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve VDC standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Drive multidisciplinary coordination between project teams, field operations, office leadership, and IT stakeholders.
• Lead clash detection, constructability reviews, model coordination, and digital collaboration initiatives.
• Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on BIM technologies and emerging construction solutions.
• Mentor and support project teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure technology-enabled processes enhance project quality, efficiency, and delivery performance.

What You Bring ? 5-8+ years of progressive construction experience , including leadership responsibilities in roles such as Project Engineer, Project Manager, BIM/VDC Coordinator, or equivalent. ? Demonstrated success managing VDC initiatives and supporting project teams through all phases of construction. ? Advanced expertise with industry-leading platforms, including:

• Revit
• Navisworks
• AutoCAD
• Archicad
• Other BIM, coordination, and visualization technologies ?

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. ? Ability to bridge the gap between field operations and digital construction technologies. ?
