Manage high-end natural stone installation projects for luxury residential and commercial developments; Review architectural, structural, and shop drawings; conduct site visits and project evaluations; Plan and control project schedules, budgets, pricing, and contract administration; Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, fabricators, and specialty subcontractors; Review and approve shop drawings, cutting lists, and stone performance and anchoring specifications; Oversee quality control and compliance with design intent and engineering standards. Coordinate material procurement, inspections, logistics, and site deliveries; Manage change orders, cost tracking, forecasting, and project closeout documentation. Supervise Construction Trades & Extraction Workers.
