WE'RE HIRING A SR. PROJECT MANAGER LOCATION

MIAMI, US JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex and strategic cross-functional projects from planning through successful delivery, ensuring full adherence to Ocasa Life Sciences Project Management Processes. The role ensures rigorous governance, alignment with business goals, and effective execution through strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and process excellence.
TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Governance & Control:
Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans and key governance documentation. Develop and manage the project risk plan, including identification, mitigation and contingency strategies. Lead change management and stakeholder communication plans throughout the project lifecycle.
Strategy & Process Excellence:
Define project scope, KPIs and success criteria aligned to business objectives. Drive process optimization through End-to-End (E2E) process mapping, improvement initiatives and RACI definition. Manage external relationships (vendors, customers) including documentation control and participation in RFX processes when applicable.
Responsibilities & Task:
Lead complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and project governance. Define project goals, scope and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, workstreams, resource allocation, and cost estimations. Track and report on project progress, milestones, risks, and issues to all relevant stakeholders. Serve as liaison between project team members, cross-functional areas, customers, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Use appropriate project management tools for scheduling, task tracking, milestone monitoring and documentation. Communicate updates, changes, and dependencies clearly and proactively to all stakeholders. Plan and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and project summaries. Monitor task completion to identify risks, delays, or barriers, proposing and executing mitigation plans. Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Provide guidance and motivation to project teams, ensuring they have the support and resources required to succeed. Lead End-to-End (E2E) process mapping and improvement initiatives, including the definition and maintenance of RACI matrices. Manage external stakeholders, including customers and vendors, and lead associated RFX processes and documentation control when applicable.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Minimum 5 years managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with internal and external dependencies. University degree (Engineering fields preferred). PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification required. Strong command of project and process management tools (e.g., Project, Smartsheet, Monday, Visio, ). Deep knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC). Proven experience leading high-impact transformation projects (people, process, technology or service implementation). Demonstrated experience in full-lifecycle E2E process analysis and continuous improvement. Extensive experience leading large-scale IT or technological implementation projects (e.g., system upgrades, digital transformation). Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical mindset with a balance of creative problem-solving and pragmatic execution. Experience working with cross-functional teams and interacting with all levels of the organization. Logistics industry experience is highly recommended. Advanced English level (spoken and written). Prefered Qualifications Experience in the Life Sciences industry. Experience in customer service environments. Experience coaching or mentoring project team members.
