3+ years of experience as an infrastructure Project manager successfully managing planning through execution and delivery. Must have experience managing the following projects- cable fiber, network systems, POS equipment, QR code systems, power sockets, access control points, RFID, power supply, and HVAC integration. Skilled in building and managing project budgets over one million dollars or greater Strong background in procurement, materials sourcing, and logistics coordination for complex technical projects. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with up to 30 diverse stakeholders including executives in the C-suite, ensuring alignment across technical, operational, and business teams. Experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects with varied scopes and requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite for project reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking. Adept at reading, interpreting, and applying technical specification sheets to project design and implementation. Possesses a valid passport and willing to travel for project oversight and coordination. Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable business objectives that align with organizational goals. Experienced in bridging communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and project alignment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; personable, curious, and highly collaborative. Preferred background in data management and analysis. Holds a technical degree or equivalent relevant education. Holds a PMP certifications.

This role is part of a dynamic group responsible for coordinating infrastructure and technology upgrades during scheduled maintenance cycles, which occur every 3-5 years. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, organized, and capable of managing complex projects. You will oversee project planning, budgeting, procurement, and logistics while ensuring alignment with operational goals and timelines. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders is a key aspect of this role.
