The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively across teams, and can translate complex information into concise, executive/leadership-ready materials. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies Utilize tools such as JIRA (and Qmetry where applicable) to manage testing activities and track progress ________________________________________Required QualificationsBachelors degree Proven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to drive work independently Advanced proficiency in: o System implementationso PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations)o Excel (tracking, reporting, data analysis)o JIRA (task and defect management)o Concise presentationso Entry/exit ORT criteriao Milestone-based deliverables Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insight.
