Job Description Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address challenges or delays. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders effectively. Manage project budgets, including cost tracking and reporting. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
