Job Description Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Proven experience in construction project management within the property industry. Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes. Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
