Job Description

Position Summary:
Review, procure and deliver equipment for incoming customer purchase orders, based on customer's requirements, project specifications and sales proposal from Pantropic's Sales and Service Department.
Essential Functions:
other duties may be assigned. Review customer and project‑specific requirements to ensure understanding of work scope. Ensure complete, accurate, and timely entry and maintenance of project information within the organization's business application platform throughout the project lifecycle. Compile consist of the best cost-effective type, and quantity, of equipment and services required for project Produce project‑specific equipment installation drawings in accordance with approved requirements Prepare and submit equipment documentation for customer review and approval Maintain customer‑approved equipment documentation throughout the project lifecycle Provide technical support for assigned products and projects Release approved equipment packages for manufacture Generate the required parts order and service work orders and verify accurate and timely completion of them Coordinate with production, service and vendors to meet project requirements and schedules Manage shipping and delivery coordination to ensure on‑time equipment arrival at job sites Coordinate equipment commissioning activities in alignment with project plans Compile complete Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals for delivered equipment Coordinate and support customer training related to installed equipment and systems Assist other Project Managers with data entry of new or existing projects within the organization's business application platform.

AICC Electric Power Installation Guidelines Dealer Dealer Specific Courses Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Education and/or experience: Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
