They are known for their focus on high-quality execution and delivering exceptional results for their clients. Job Description Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise. Supervise and manage subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure adherence to project plans. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and management. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: A strong background in the property and construction industry, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools to track progress and manage resources. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
