Job Description Manage day-to-day project operations including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination Serve as the main point of contact between ownership, design teams, and field operations Lead preconstruction activities such as buyout, subcontract negotiation, and procurement Oversee contract administration including RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and change orders Track project progress and ensure milestones, budget, and quality standards are met Coordinate closely with Superintendents to maintain schedule and resolve field challenges Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce safety and compliance standards Utilize project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project to maintain documentation and reporting MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 5-10+ years of construction management experience with a focus on multifamily residential projects Experience managing ground-up projects valued at $30M+ (mid-rise or high-rise preferred) Strong understanding of construction processes including scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor management Familiarity with Miami-Dade permitting, inspections, and local subcontractor market Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $144,000 to $176,000 annually.
