Job Description Manage all aspects of luxury custom home construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure client satisfaction. Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any issues promptly. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their vision is met. Implement solutions to resolve challenges and maintain project schedules. The Successful Applicant A successful On-site Project Manager•Luxury Custom Homes should have: Proven experience in managing luxury custom home construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
