As a medium-sized company, they offer a collaborative and professional environment to ensure the successful delivery of their projects. Job Description Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets. Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays or cost overruns. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. Lead project teams and foster collaboration to achieve project goals. Assist in selecting and managing subcontractors and suppliers. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Proven experience in managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage project teams effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
