per year Lead multimillion‑dollar luxury home builds in West Palm Beach. Work directly with ownership in a growing, high‑end contractor. About Our Client A fast‑growing luxury residential general contractor with nearly five years in the South Florida market, specializing in high‑end custom homes. They deliver complex, architect‑driven projects with a hands‑on leadership team and a strong, steadily expanding project portfolio valued at $25M annually. Job Description Manage luxury residential projects from preconstruction through final turnover. Oversee estimating activities for custom home builds, including takeoffs and pricing. Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination. Review drawings, scopes, and bid documents with a high level of detail. Work closely with ownership, architects, and high‑net‑worth clients. Ensure quality craftsmanship and high‑touch client communication throughout. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Oversee site visits to ensure work aligns with design intent and luxury standards. Build strong relationships with regional specialty subcontractors. Maintain strong control over timelines, budgets, and project expectations. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience in luxury or high‑end custom residential construction . Strong experience working in the Palm Beach and Jupiter Island luxury markets. Ability to read and interpret complex architectural/ID drawings and bid packages. Exceptional communication skills and detail‑oriented mindset.
