This role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget requirements, and delivery timelines. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can balance high-level planning with hands-on execution. You will work closely with executive leadership, department stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to drive successful outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, influence business decisions, and contribute directly to organizational growth. Key Responsibilities; Project Leadership & Delivery Lead multiple projects simultaneously throughout the full project lifecycle Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics Monitor project performance and adjust plans as business needs evolve Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders Facilitate meetings with executives, department leaders, vendors, and project teams Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies to leadership Build strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment and collaboration Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve competing priorities Risk & Resource Management Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies Escalate critical issues when necessary and drive resolution efforts Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to support project execution Track resource utilization and forecast project needs Ensure effective allocation of personnel and project budgets Process Improvement Establish and maintain project management best practices Develop project governance frameworks and reporting standards Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and project delivery Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization Reporting & Documentation Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports Prepare presentations and updates for senior leadership Track project KPIs, milestones, budgets, and performance metrics Ensure project records are accurate and audit-ready QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field 7+ years of project management experience Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Preferred PMP certification or equivalent project management certification Experience working in corporate, technology, operations, healthcare, financial services, or professional services environments Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies Experience using project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days, you will have established relationships with key stakeholders, gained visibility into active projects, and assumed ownership of several strategic initiatives.
