•USD200,000 per year Reputable general contractor with strong pipeline of work seeking VDC Manager with well rounded background About Our Client A respected commercial and multifamily general contractor based in Miami-Dade is looking for a seasoned VDC Manager to oversee and advance the company's Virtual Design & Construction and BIM initiatives. This position plays a critical leadership role in aligning technology, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective VDC execution across the organization. Job Description Direct and oversee BIM and VDC workflows across active projects Manage VDC production efforts and promote collaboration between project teams, office personnel, and IT Develop, implement, and maintain VDC standards, processes, and best practices Provide guidance, technical support, and mentorship to project and VDC staff Support constructability reviews, coordination efforts, and clash detection processes Act as a central point of contact between operations, design consultants, and field teams MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
