Our Naples showroom serves homeowners, designers, and the trade across Southwest Florida. We are a family-owned business with locations in Sarasota/Osprey and Naples. About the Role Our Project Coordinators work with our designers, workrooms, and vendors to coordinate customer interior design projects from order entry through delivery and installation. This role is responsible for the custom labor program and the administrative desk in our Naples showroom. You will review work orders for completeness and accuracy, schedule measurement and installation appointments, process customer payments and vendor invoices, follow up on order status, and keep customers informed from start to finish. You will also assist customers on the sales floor as needed. What You Will Do Review and track all custom labor and special orders for accuracy and completeness Inspect fabric, prepare and ship to workrooms in a timely manner Communicate with workrooms and vendors to keep orders moving on schedule Schedule measurement and installation appointments Process customer payments, deposits, balance dues, and vendor invoices Notify customers and installers when finished products arrive or are completed Maintain back office systems, files, and procedures Monitor outstanding customer balances and report status to ownership Assist customers on the sales floor as needed Receive merchandise and assist with inventory control Perform general store upkeep including light cleaning, organizing samples, and showroom presentation What We Are Looking For Prior experience working with custom fabric workrooms, or in a custom window treatment, upholstery, or soft goods environment Detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills Pleasant and professional phone manner Strong written and verbal communication Comfort with basic arithmetic, fractions, decimals, and yardage calculations Basic office and computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and point of sale systems Design or fabric knowledge required Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, and climb service ladders during scheduled shifts Must be able to lift and control merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs Comfortable using a computer for extended periods Schedule 35 hours per week, 5 days per week Compensation and Benefits $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience Paid Holidays Vacation Benefits How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume.
