Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Project Controls Specialist - Office Engineer to join our team supporting the partnership with the LCPA. This role will be based 100% onsite at our client's facility in Fort Myers, FL, and will play a vital part in the success of this high-profile infrastructure program. As a Project Controls Specialist - Office Engineer, your contributions will include: Entering and managing project data within Procore Project Management Information System, ensuring timely and accurate processing Supporting Jacobs and LCPA activities including project oversight, documentation, and reporting Maintaining comprehensive records of project data and documents in Procore Tracking and organizing all project correspondence, including RFIs and submittals, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams Monitoring design changes and making sure construction teams have the latest drawings and specs Assisting the LCPA Project Manager with project controls efforts when needed Partnering with the Jacobs Program Director to produce the monthly status reports A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or relevant experience in lieu of a degree 5+ years of relevant experience in project management and controls Proficiency in scheduling software Experience with project management tools and cost estimating Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills Commitment to working fully onsite at our Fort Myers location Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
