This Opportunity
WSP is currently seeking a
Project Manager
to support Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services across public-sector infrastructure projects in Fort Myers/Southwest Florida. This role supports both project delivery and leadership of field teams, with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder coordination.
Your Impact
Manage CEI projects from initiation through closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
Oversee field inspection teams and ensure contractor compliance
Review daily reports, quantities, and QA/QC documentation
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Lead meetings and communicate risks and issues
Maintain audit-ready documentation
Mentor junior staff and support team development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of CEI or construction experience
Public-sector project experience (FDOT, County, municipal)
Strong understanding of plans, specs, and contract requirements
Strong communication and organization skills
Valid Florida driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
FDOT certifications
Experience managing task orders or IDIQ contracts
Familiarity with Procore
