The pay starts at $80,000 to $110,000 per year. You will run jobs in JobTread, keep subcontractors sequenced, and stay ahead of homeowners before issues become complaints.

You are a proactive communicator who calls the homeowner before the homeowner calls you You take pride in keeping subs on schedule and never letting a job sit idle waiting on a call that should already have been made You are comfortable in construction management software and you pick up new systems fast You love reading a job in real time and knowing immediately whether it is tracking right or sliding off margin You are the kind of leader subs respect and homeowners trust, even in hard conversations You believe in same-day callbacks and clear writing

All Aqua Pools is a swimming pool contractor based in New Smyrna Beach, FL We specialize in pool renovations and complete pool makeovers We upgrade decks, tile, plumbing, and equipment with modern technology Our work is backed by warranty and built on craftsmanship homeowners notice We run our operations in JobTread, end to end
What You Will Do Each Day:
Manage custom pool construction projects from permitting to final completion Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and materials inside JobTread Communicate proactively with homeowners, framing delays before they become complaints Monitor job sites to hold quality standards and timelines Track budget versus actual, identify back charges, and protect job margin Oversee the final walkthrough and punch list completion
What You Need:
3+ years of experience in pool construction Valid driver's license and insurable record Strong communication and team leadership skills Proven ability to manage complex residential builds Background check required, prior charges do not disqualify
