  • Clean Background check & Drivers License
  • Requirements:
    5 to 10 years of experience in the painting and waterproofing industry
  • REQUIRED
    Proven ability to manage 6 to 9 active projects simultaneously
  • REQUIRED
    Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal
  • REQUIRED
    Strong leadership and communication skills
  • REQUIRED
    Tech savvy and comfortable using project management software, smartphones, tablets, and cloud based systems
  • REQUIRED
    Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
  • REQUIRED
    Ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • REQUIRED
    Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain project schedules and budgets
  • REQUIRED
    Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • REQUIRED
    Experience with HOA, condominium, commercial, and high end residential projects preferred
  • PREFERRED
    Clean Drivers License & Background check
REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple painting and waterproofing projects from start to completion Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment Identify, and capture change order opportunities throughout each project Conduct site visits and quality control inspections Communicate with clients, crews, and company leadership Resolve project issues quickly and professionally Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and professional project management Document project progress using company software and reporting systems

$60,000.00
