Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating various aspects of construction management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring extensive construction site experience and proficiency with industry-standard project management tools to drive successful project outcomes. Duties Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to facilitate accurate project execution. Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality expectations. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with project teams on resource allocation, procurement strategies, and timeline adjustments. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong background in project coordination on active construction sites. Renovation experience mobile home construction and renovation ability manage crews of 6 or more Familiarity with contracts management and construction law principles. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
