Your proactive approach will drive project success from inception through completion, supporting efficient workflows and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. Responsibilities Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules Coordinate communication between project installation teams and clients to facilitate smooth information flow and resolve issues promptly. Participate in field consultations and measures Responsible for ordering projects from Manufacturing Company Assist in client communications Organize and maintain all project documentation Skills Proficiency with email communications Strong understanding of office administration and various office procedures Excellent scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines effectively. Able to efficiently read a tape measure Effective time management skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills Must be a genuinley nice person
