$55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience.Position Overview:
This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating field service activities to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on project requirements and availability
- Communicate with clients regarding service appointments and follow-ups
- Track project timelines, parts, and documentation using internal systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any delays or escalations
- Maintain accurate records and generate service reports
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in field service coordination, project coordination, or a similar administrative support role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in scheduling software and MS Office
- Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
