In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality construction solutions. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budgets, and resource allocation using tools like Primavera P6 and HeavyBid. Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, schematics, blueprints, and contract specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project execution. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to verify project accuracy and compliance with design intent. Manage project schedules proactively by utilizing construction management software to track progress and adjust plans as needed. Monitor project costs through accurate estimation and ongoing tracking to prevent overruns while maintaining quality standards. Ensure all construction activities comply with legal regulations, permits, and contractual obligations. Facilitate effective communication across teams by maintaining detailed documentation of progress, issues, and changes. Experience Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong background in project coordination on heavy civil or commercial sites. Hands-on experience with construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid or similar software. Proficiency in project scheduling software including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Familiarity with civil engineering design software like Civil 3D is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings accurately. Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and regulations. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
