This position manages scheduling, manpower, materials, subcontractors, budgets, and customer communication to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage HVAC installation and construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors for multiple projects. Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines. Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Communicate with customers, general contractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal staff. Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scope of work. Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to job sites. Track project costs, budgets, change orders, and profitability. Assist with project estimating and job costing when required. Manage project documentation, permits, inspections, and closeout requirements. Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and conflicts. Lead and support field supervisors, foremen, and installation teams. Attend project meetings and provide status updates to management. Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Qualifications HVAC industry experience required. Previous project management or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction practices, and mechanical installations. Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Central Florida. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management software, and scheduling tools. Skills and Abilities Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control experience. Work Environment This position requires a combination of office work, customer meetings, and field visits throughout Central Florida. The Project Manager must be comfortable working in active construction environments and traveling between job sites as needed.

Central Florida Travel Requirements:
Must be willing to travel throughout Central Florida to perform scheduled maintenance and service calls at residential and commercial properties. Daily travel between job sites is required. A valid driver's license is required.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
