Job Description

We are partnering with a growing Florida-based firm seeking a Senior Survey Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of land development and commercial surveying projects across Central Florida. This role offers strong autonomy, client visibility, and a clear path into strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end delivery of survey projects including boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction staking for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and team performance across multiple active assignments Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developers, and internal engineering teams Review deliverables for quality and compliance with state and local standards Coordinate field crews, office staff, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution Support business development efforts through client relationship management and proposal input
Qualifications:
Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) license in Florida, or ability to obtain 7+ years of surveying experience with a strong focus on land development or private sector work Proven experience managing projects, teams, and client relationships Strong working knowledge of survey software and workflows (Civil 3D, Trimble, etc.) Familiarity with Central Florida development trends, permitting, and municipal requirements
