7:30 AM•2:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support and lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role works closely with senior leadership and offers strong growth potential into independently managing projects. Candidates with both entry-level and experienced backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing construction projects from planning through completion Support estimating efforts, including gathering pricing and soliciting subcontractors and suppliers Prepare purchase orders and subcontract agreements , ensuring scope accuracy and compliance Help identify project risks, safety concerns, and scheduling impacts Participate in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to meet deadlines and profitability goals Conduct jobsite visits to build relationships and gain field experience Maintain and update project schedules using company software Track project quality, deficiencies, and punch list items to ensure successful project completion Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders Assist with procurement, subcontractor coordination, and vendor communication Review project specifications, contracts, and requirements for compliance Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Actively contribute to business development efforts, including building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting company growth initiatives Perform administrative and operational support tasks as needed Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications (or willingness to learn) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Medical Background a PLUS ( 1st Aid and CPR) Experience with Procore or similar project management software is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and accountable approach Team-oriented with the ability to build strong working relationships Business development mindset with the ability to help drive client relationships and project opportunities Compensation & Benefits Full-time salaried, direct hire position Compensation range typically between $60,000•$80,000+ , depending on experience Higher compensation potential available for candidates with strong medical construction experience and/or an existing client base Performance-based bonus structure (historically averaging around 5% of project profit annually ) Company card for fuel and business-related travel expenses Weekly truck allowance of $130/week Medical insurance (100% employee premium covered after eligibility period) Dental, vision, and life insurance options 401(k) with company match Physical & Work Environment Primarily office-based with periodic jobsite visits Ability to walk job sites, including uneven terrain and active construction environments (PPE required) Ability to travel as needed for projects, meetings, and training Additional Information 60-day introductory period with performance evaluation Employment contingent upon completion of required agreements and company policies This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to grow within construction project management while contributing to both project execution and business development efforts.
