  • $34.00/hr Position Summary Our client, a leading organisation in the energy and renewables sector, is seeking a Project Management Consultant
  • Level I to join their Central Maintenance
  • Special Projects team.
This is an onsite role based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The successful candidate will support a Senior Project Manager across a portfolio of Wind, Solar, and Battery Storage projects, with responsibility for scheduling, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and budget tracking. A technical background in mechanical or electrical systems is advantageous but not essential. Up to 25% travel to project sites will be required. Responsibilities Participate in project design meetings and contribute improvement recommendations where appropriate Identify potential risks and technical challenges, and develop mitigation solutions Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and evolving project information Coordinate all team members across active projects to maintain workflow and progress Manage project documentation, ensuring all materials are current, accurately filed, and stored Prepare and review project correspondence including proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails Engage with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives Monitor project expenditure and implement cost-saving measures to support budget adherence Education & Experience Prior experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within construction or renewables Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, stakeholder relationships, and cross-functional teams Experience with documentation management and project management tools Willingness and ability to travel to project sites (up to 25%) Knowledge & Skills Required Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build and maintain effective working relationships Excellent organisational and multitasking capabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven team coordination and leadership ability High attention to detail, particularly under deadline pressure Effective time management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Preferred Schedule management experience using Smartsheet Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Working knowledge of SAP and/or Maximo Experience with budget and cost-tracking processes ...
