- $160,000 + Bonus + Benefits We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the ground-up development of a premier high-rise multifamily project on Pensacola's shoreline.
This is a high-impact role for a leader who can take ownership from preconstruction through delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of construction for a large-scale, ground-up high-rise multifamily project
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Drive preconstruction activities including estimating, value engineering, and permitting
Maintain strong relationships with ownership, design teams, and key stakeholders
Oversee risk management, safety, quality control, and contract compliance
Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project staff and field teams Qualifications 8-12+ years of construction experience with at least 3+ years in a Senior Project Manager role
Proven experience delivering high-rise or large multifamily projects (ground-up required)
Strong knowledge of coastal construction considerations preferred
Expertise in budgeting, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), and contract management
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
