Telecom Project Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Telecom Project Manager to oversee and coordinate underground and aerial telecommunications projects from planning through closeout. This role requires strong leadership in field operations, budget management, and administrative oversight, ensuring on-time and within-budget project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and manage daily activities of field crews, including drill, pothole, and aerial teams Coordinate project scheduling, execution, and resource allocation across multiple active job sites Review, update, and submit redline drawings using Adobe Acrobat or similar tools Track, manage, and submit purchase orders (POs) and change orders (COs) Oversee project billing, track deliverables, and ensure accurate documentation for invoicing Manage and monitor material procurement, deliveries, and inventory Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local permitting, and client specifications Serve as the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Maintain up-to-date project documentation including permits, plans, and as-builts Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid project delays or cost overruns

Qualifications:

3+ years of project management experience in telecom, construction, or utility sectors Proven experience managing field crews and subcontractors Proficient with Adobe Acrobat for document markups and redlines Strong understanding of project billing processes Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of OSP/ISP standards and telecom construction practices Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus

Preferred:

PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
