Work Setting:

100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:

Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Plam Beach Gardens, FL (required); Experience with project management, including leading execution of multiple projects in parallel (6+ years); Experience with vendor and contractor management in a contractor-led delivery environment; Experience with schedule and cost control on projects; Experience with cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, and compliance stakeholders; Experience with risk and issue management, including proactive identification and resolution; Experience with project reporting and producing leadership-ready status updates and documentation; Experience with project management and scheduling tools such as Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project.

Preferred:

Experience with compliance practices, including audit-ready documentation; Experience with regulated environments and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

Lead execution of multiple projects in parallel, managing contractor-led delivery and cross-functional coordination to achieve on-time, high-quality results; Manage vendors and contractors, overseeing schedule compliance, cost control, and work quality at project sites; Coordinate engineering, operations, and compliance stakeholders to drive project execution and resolve issues; Proactively manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution; Maintain clear and consistent project reporting, producing leadership-ready status updates and documentation; Support budget oversight, contract management, and scope control across assigned projects; Travel to project sites as required (up to 25%).
