Assistant Project ManagerLocation:

$70,000 - $90,000Position OverviewWe are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role works closely with Project Managers and field teams to help coordinate project activities, manage documentation, and support overall execution.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of construction experience and is ready to take on more responsibility in a fast-paced general contractor environment.

Our client is an established GC known for strong preconstruction planning, cost control, and quality project delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers in day-to-day project coordinationTrack RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationAssist with budgeting, scheduling, and cost trackingCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teamsReview drawings and specifications for scope accuracyParticipate in project meetings and provide updatesAssist with procurement and material trackingSupport project closeout and punch list completionQualifications3+ years of construction experienceExperience supporting commercial construction projectsBasic understanding of project management processes and documentationAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specsExperience with Procore or similar softwareStrong organizational and communication skillsCandidates that complete skills assessments and screening questions will receive priority consideration in the hiring process.
