Implementation Coordinator

Job Title:

Data Implementation Coordinator (Telecom Infrastructure) We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Implementation Coordinator to support telecom and network infrastructure deployment projects across multiple field locations. This role is coordination-focused (not hands-on technical work) and plays a key part in ensuring successful planning, tracking, and execution of installation activities. Role Overview The coordinator will be responsible for managing project workflows, tracking progress in Jira, and coordinating communication between internal teams, vendors, and field technicians. This position ensures that all installation activities are properly scheduled, documented, and completed according to established procedures and standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate telecom/network installation activities across multiple sites Manage and track project tasks and updates using Jira Schedule and coordinate vendors, engineers, and field teams Ensure proper execution of work packages and installation plans Monitor project progress and identify blockers or delays Maintain accurate documentation and status reporting Communicate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment Support compliance with procedures, standards, and safety requirements Required Qualifications Experience in telecom, network infrastructure, or data center project coordination/PM support Strong experience using Jira or similar tracking tools Excellent coordination, scheduling, and organizational skills Ability to work with technical teams in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Background in telecommunications, network deployment, or data center environments Familiarity with Cisco networking concepts (routers, switches, fiber, cabling) Experience working with vendors and field teams Prior project coordination or project management experience Work Style This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective communication across distributed teams.
