Partnering closely with the Demand Manager, this role ensures KTLO work, internal initiatives, and enhancements are effectively managed, clearly communicated, and delivered with predictable outcomes. This role focuses on operational discipline, Agile facilitation, and stakeholder alignment—ensuring teams are working efficiently and stakeholders have full transparency into priorities, timelines, and testing.
Job Description Please note:
This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future. This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.
Responsibilities:
Operational Delivery & Coordination Manage KTLO work, enhancements, and internal initiatives across multiple ServiceNow teams Align work intake and prioritization with demand management and team capacity Maintain end-to-end visibility of all in-flight and upcoming work Agile Execution & Team Enablement Facilitate stand-ups, planning sessions, and backlog reviews Remove blockers and drive issue resolution to maintain delivery momentum Coordinate work across teams to ensure alignment and efficiency Visibility & Reporting Provide clear, consistent reporting on workload, progress, and timelines Build and maintain dashboards or tracking mechanisms for leadership visibility Ensure transparency into priorities, risks, and dependencies Release Planning & Execution Support planning, sequencing, and execution of work across teams Ensure readiness for development, testing, and deployment Align stakeholders on delivery timing and testing expectations Stakeholder Communication Execute structured communication plans across stakeholders Clearly communicate timelines, impacts, risks, and delivery expectations Serve as a central coordination point between teams and stakeholders Risk & Process Management Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies Drive continuous improvement in intake, tracking, and delivery processes Promote consistent ways of working across teams
Skills:
Strong experience managing operational delivery and internal project work in Agile environments Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational and reporting capabilities, with focus on visibility Proactive problem-solving and risk management mindset Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment
Licenses/Certifications:
PMP is a plus CSA is a plus ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus Education High School (HS) (Required) Work Experience General Experience - 6 to 10 years Certifications Travel Less than 25% Workstyle Hybrid The total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
