Job Description

Position Summary As a Project Manager for Southern Pro Construction, this role is responsible for generating, managing, and closing customer sales, and overseeing each project through completion to ensure customer satisfaction. The Project Manager coordinates all trades and ensures all materials are ordered for each job (doors, windows, custom materials, gutters, gates, ranch entrances, etc.). This role partners with in-house team members, utilizing their skills and support where appropriate to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. This position reports to the Sales and Operations Managers of Southern Pro. Key Responsibilities Sales Contact all prospective customers from Level Up CRM leads and organic inquiries in accordance with established KPI requirements. Identify the customer's desired outcomes by asking targeted questions and providing knowledgeable guidance, using personal expertise and tools provided by SPPBB and other approved resources to create accurate estimates and an associated estimate folder for each customer. Perform site visits as needed to verify that proposed estimates align with customer expectations; timing of the site visit may occur before or after estimate development, depending on the situation. Review estimates with customers to ensure full understanding and make revisions as required. Upon customer approval of an estimate, complete all required steps in accordance with Southern Pro's approved estimate and sales processes. Review and obtain City, County, State permits as necessary. Project Manager At all times, communicate with the customer to ensure they know when the project is intended to start,notify the customer of any potential delays, answer all questions, etc. Review the Sales Order to ensure clarity with customer and crew of scope of work. Determine if the following items are necessary: o Contact Sunshine 811 o Engineering/Drafting documentation o Scheduling of Subcontractors Ensure all products are delivered in a timely manner to the job site. Attend weekly Project management meeting for scheduling. Be present on site to ensure all steps related to the job are being taken as expected, doing all things possible to prevent the need for any rework. Audit work progress and costs on a continuous basis. Create Change Orders as necessary along with all supporting documentation, create supporting estimate(s), obtain approval signature(s) from the customer. Complete daily reports and documentation, file in job folder. Notify SPro management of all potential or realized project delays. Complete final walk throughs with the Customer. Create punch list of action items, proof of acceptance and closure. Obtain Certificate of Completion (C.O.C.) signed by customer. Archive all job files within the Customer Job folder(s).
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
