Job description Project Manager II This position carries the responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating various projects valued between $10M-40M associated with gas project lifecycles consisting of project creation, budgeting, monitoring, and At the heart of our Company is a dedication to delivering energy that drives Leads and manages project management team; accountable for planning, coordinating, directing and monitoring progress of projects scopes of $10MM - $Monitor progress of project to ensure alignment with established goals and Ensures compliance of project and outcome that meets all required safety regulations and requirements of Chesapeake Utilities as well as the Pipeline Creates project status presentations consisting of budget forecasts, timelines, and milestones, to business unit leaders on a monthly basis. Assist with selection, review of contractor progress and Values, regarding external customers, agencies, vendors, internal Leads project meetings to review progress, provide updates and identify risks Able to train/mentor Project Manager I Bachelor's Degree in Technical Field (Project Management, Engineering, Three (3) years' experience with Project Management and/or Engineering PMP Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules of others on a short-term Ability to make decisions which have impact on both the work unit and Ability to compose materials such as detailed reports, work-related manuals, and make presentations outside the immediate work area.
