Requirements:
(At a minimum) Proven verifiable experience in a comparable role (3 Years minimum) In-depth understanding material and Project Manager principles Familiarity with quality workmanship and safety standards Good Knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with project management software Excellent organizational and time-management skills A team player with leadership abilities Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude Responsibilities Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials)from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations Plan all operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met Acquire equipment and material timely to coincide with project duration Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues Implement a project specific safety plan and attendance sheets Creates and updates schedule Attend project meetings Distribute meeting minutes Initiate and track all RFI's, COR's, CO's and directives Sub-Contractor coordination Cost and quality control Submittals, close out and as-builts documents Interact and maintain constant communication with the Owner, Engineers, Sub-Contractors and employees.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel ;reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop ,kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds with dolly, pallet jack, etc. If approved be able to drive a company van or pickup.
