Responsibilities :

Support project coordination efforts by communicating with contractors and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project scope and technical requirements. Help monitor construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to the overall success of each project. Daily reporting to the owner and/or estimating team on project status. Assist in managing onsite materials to make sure we keep enough material on site. Direct crew members on specific details per construction blueprints. Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints is strongly preferred. This role will consist of a fair amount of driving. Qualifications Basic understanding of construction management principles, including project scheduling, site coordination, and blueprint reading. Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities. Ability to work on construction sites safely while adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
