We are launching a landmark Blue Hydrogen production and Waste Plastic-to-Oil (Pyrolysis) Recycling Hub in Central Florida. We bridge cutting-edge technical expertise with world-class EPC consortium partners to build next-generation green infrastructure. To support our rapid expansion, we are seeking highly motivated, bilingual professionals to join our owner's engineering and project management team. Open Positions & Key Responsibilities1. Project Director (1 Opening)
Role:
Serve as the primary leader overseeing the entire lifecycle of the Blue Hydrogen & Pyrolysis plant development.
Responsibilities:
Manage overall project scope, schedules, and multi-million-dollar budgets. Lead and coordinate with top-tier EPC consortium partners, FEED engineers, and local sub-contractors. Direct the site permitting process (Zoning, FDEP Air/Water quality permits) and ensure regulatory compliance. Report project milestones directly to senior executives and institutional investors. 2. Project Engineers (3 Openings)
Role:
Core technical owners managing specific engineering disciplines (Process, Mechanical, Electrical/Infrastructure) for the plant.
Responsibilities:
Review and optimize FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and detailed engineering drawings submitted by EPC contractors. Monitor on-site construction, equipment installation, and commissioning activities. Identify and resolve technical interfaces and integration risks between hydrogen processing and recycling units. Ensure strict adherence to US engineering standards, safety codes, and quality control. 3. General Affairs & Administration Specialist (1 Opening)
Role:
The operational backbone of the project office, managing local administration, HR, logistics, and legal coordination.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, procurement of corporate assets, and vendor management. Support expat/executive logistics, including housing, corporate vehicles, and travel coordination. Assist with local government relations, public notices, and basic legal/contractual documentation. Coordinate human resources, onboarding, and internal communication between the US and Korea teams. Qualifications & Requirements (Crucial)
Language:
100% Native/Fluent proficiency in both English and Korean (Verbal and Written) is strictly required to facilitate communication between US entities and Korean partners.
Experience:
For Director/Engineer roles: Proven experience in Energy, Heavy Infrastructure, or Process Plant EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. Strong familiarity with chemical plants, gas processing, or refinery operations is highly preferred.
For General Affairs:
3+ years of corporate administration or project support experience, preferably within the engineering/construction sector.
Skills:
Exceptional cross-cultural communication, problem-solving, and contract negotiation skills.
