Job Description

Project Manager - Roofing & Storm Restoration Gold Roofs - General Contractor 2507 W Fig St Tampa, FL 33609 United States Full-Time | Commission |
No Cap Compensation:
$1,000 per deal (DOP signed) paid weekly up front 3% backend commission No cap on earnings Target average: 3 deals per week / 12+ deals per month High performers can earn six figures.

Responsibilities:
Door-to-door canvassing in storm-affected areas Offer free roof inspections Identify storm damage Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process Guide homeowners through the restoration process We work alongside a licensed Public Adjuster to streamline and speed up claims, creating a smoother process for both the homeowner and contractor.
Qualifications:
Experience in roofing sales, solar sales, car sales, or door-to-door sales preferred Strong communication skills Confident at the door Organized and self-motivated Driven to earn at a high level Gold Roofs is a licensed General Contractor specializing in storm restoration. We are growing quickly and looking for motivated, experienced closers ready to build long-term income and grow with the company. Apply if you are competitive, coachable, and ready to perform.
