Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the Superintendent in managing field personnel with the install, implementation and testing of low voltage systems. Skilled in fostering and maintaining morale, fostering an environment of strong team spirit, and strong ability to coach and mentor team members.
Technical Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with tasks related to job startup and mobilization and ensuring clear delineation of managerial and administrative responsibilities within the project team Ability to develop effective presentations and project-specific write-ups for qualification packages Interdepartmental collaborations and cross-functionality Fluent with computer-based CPM scheduling programs, construction management software, and Microsoft Office Products are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications:
Proven success in completing multimillion-dollar projects, with a minimum of five years' experience as a leader and team player in engineering, construction, or related field.
