This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, communication, quality, and overall project execution while maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Junior Project Managers / Schedulers with an Engineering or Construction-related degree Experienced Project Managers with structural steel or fabrication industry experience If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a growing team, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Manage multiple projects simultaneously from startup to completion Coordinate schedules, budgets, procurement, fabrication, freight, and invoicing Communicate project updates with clients, vendors, and internal teams Track project progress, risks, change orders, and timelines Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and fabrication documents Work closely with detailing, fabrication, coatings, freight, and field teams Support quality, safety, and schedule adherence throughout each project Prepare status reports and maintain project documentation Assist with collections and contract administration as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred OR equivalent project management/fabrication experience Structural steel, steel fabrication, industrial construction, or related experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and specifications Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and client communication Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Preferred Experience Structural steel fabrication Industrial or commercial construction Project scheduling Procurement/vendor coordination Change order management Fabrication or manufacturing operations Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Weekly pay Growth opportunities within a rapidly growing company Team-oriented culture Long-term career potential Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Takes ownership of projects Communicates professionally with clients and teams Is proactive and organized Can problem solve under pressure Wants to grow long-term with the company Apply today to join a team focused on quality, safety, teamwork, and delivering successful projects.
