Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from initial client meetings to project completion. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and reading plans
• Manage subcontractors, vendors and on-site teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients
• Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
• Review and approve contracts, change orders, and project documentation
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• OSHA Certification
• Experience in custom residential homes and coastal construction
