Responsibilities:
Coordinate preconstruction activities and permitting processes Review plans/specs for compliance Prepare, submit, and track project documents and reports Maintain project logs (costs, billing, schedules, buyouts, closeouts) Process submittals, shop drawings, and change orders Support multiple projects, ensuring timely and quality completion Communicate with subcontractors, clients, and project teams Assist with meetings, documentation, and subcontract issuance Provide project support to field staff and conduct occasional site visits
Requirements:
Professional c ommunication, organization, and multitasking skills Knowledge of construction accounting (cost codes, AIA billing, job costing) Ability to read blueprints, contracts, and technical documents Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software Problem-solving and analytical skills High school diploma (minimum) 2+ years of experience
