As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Scheduling:

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Ensure all phases are completed on time and within budget.

Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and manage field crews and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication, high performance, and adherence to safety standards.

Budget & Cost Management:

Own the project budget — track expenses, identify savings, and protect the margin.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout each project and ensuring client satisfaction.

Site Management:

Oversee active project sites daily, ensuring work is progressing as planned and addressing issues as they arise.

Quality Control:

Monitor quality at every phase to ensure it meets company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Procurement & Materials Management:

Oversee ordering and delivery of materials, ensuring timely and efficient procurement of supplies and equipment.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate project records — contracts, change orders, progress reports, invoices — and keep senior management informed.

Risk Management:

Anticipate problems before they happen and develop solutions proactively.

Post-Project Review:

Conduct project debriefs to capture lessons learned and apply them to future work. What We're Looking For We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Experience:

3+ years in project management within construction, grading, aggregate supply, trucking, or a related industry.

Leadership:

Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion.

Project Management Skills:

Experience with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. Familiarity with project management software is a plus.

Customer-Focused:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to manage client relationships and expectations.

Problem Solver:

Ability to anticipate and resolve issues quickly, keeping projects on track and minimizing delays.

Time Management:

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Safety Awareness:

Knowledge of workplace safety standards and practices in the construction and aggregate industry.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of aggregate supply, grading, construction methods, and relevant South Florida regulations preferred.

Location:

Must be based in West Palm Beach / South Florida area.
